I'm Kenya Reynolds, the Founder of Kay Reynolds Consulting, and for more than 20 years, I have partnered with founders, CEOs, executive teams, and mission-driven organizations to create the clarity, alignment, and accountability needed to turn strategy into execution.
Throughout my career, I have worked across startups, nonprofits, SaaS, MedTech, healthcare, media, and membership organizations, helping leaders navigate growth, transformation, and organizational complexity. Whether serving as a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, People Operations leader, or strategic advisor, my focus has remained the same: helping organizations move forward with intention.
